As a Health Care Aide, you will work under a Licensed Practical Nurse, delivering safe and comprehensive care. You will observe residents’ conditions, contribute to the Nursing Care Plan, and assist residents in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resident-focused care within your scope of practice

• Observe and report changes in resident conditions

• Participate in developing individual Nursing Care Plans

• Assist residents with mobility and community functions

• Ensure safety and report potential risks

Requirements:

• Completed Health Care Aide program or equivalent

• Experience in community health with seniors

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended

• Ability to perform physical care tasks
