Join the Prosthetics & Orthotics team at Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, where you'll provide specialized care and support to patients with neuromuscular-skeletal conditions. This role requires assessing, designing, and fitting orthotic devices while interacting closely with a multidisciplinary team and advanced technologies. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and design custom orthotic devices for patients
• Collaborate with skilled technicians and a multidisciplinary team
• Provide training for health professionals and students
• Instruct patients on the proper use of orthoses
• Refer patients to private clinics as needed
Requirements:
• Registration with Canadian Board for Certification
• Active Orthotics Prosthetics Canada registration
• Minimum 2 years of practice experience
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk daily
• Experience with CAD/CAM technologies required
