This Team Lead position involves overseeing daily operations and offering direct support to individuals with diverse abilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer training and feedback to staff members

Requirements:
• Preferably educated in Disability Services
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Valid First Aid/CPR Level C certification
