This full-time, entry-level position reports to the Clinic Manager and involves collaborating closely with a variety of stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include achieving key performance goals and fostering a customer-centric environment. Ensure operational excellence while adhering to protocols and providing training for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with management to meet clinic performance targets
• Maintain an environment of safety and cleanliness
• Oversee supply levels and ensure optimal stock
• Handle patient issues following service standards
• Assist in hiring and training new staff members
Requirements:
• College diploma in business or a related field (2-3 years)
• Experience in a clinic setting (1-2 years)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Excellent adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
