Pharmacy Assistant

Role Overview  Palisades Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated pharmacy assistant for a full‑time position at our family‑owned pharmacy. The selected candidate will assist our pharmacists primarily in the dispensary, working accurately and efficiently under pressure. Although this pharmacy offers compounding, compounding duties are not required for this role.
Candidate Profile  Desired traits and experience:
1+ year(s) of pharmacy experience.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Positive attitude and great sense of humor.
Compensation & Benefits  Salary is negotiable: $20‑25 / hr based on experience. Company group benefits (drug, dental, vision, health‑spending) commence after 3 months of employment. Year‑end bonuses are awarded based on performance. The position is 40 hours per week but part‑time applicants are welcome.
