Position: Part-Time Health Care Aide Role
Become a Health Care Aide at Age Care, part-time in Edmonton, Alberta. Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care as you enhance the daily lives of seniors in our community.

In this role at Age Care, you'll collaborate closely with the nursing team to offer personalized care to residents. Your job will include monitoring residents' condition changes and participating in their care planning. Bring your strong interpersonal skills and dedication to ensuring quality personal care in a supportive environment, impacting residents' lives positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive personal care to residents

• Monitor and report changes in resident status

• Collaborate on Nursing Care Plans with the health team

• Facilitate safe mobility and assist in community activities

• Identify and report any unsafe practices immediately

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide program

• Previous experience with elderly care preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is a plus

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
