Collaborating closely with the Hospital Medical Director, you will oversee a diverse range of programs, ensure strategic planning, and manage resources within a budget exceeding $502M. Your experience in clinical operations will be pivotal in executing operational plans and address challenges proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and delivery of healthcare programs

• Collaborate with the Hospital Medical Director on strategy

• Manage a $502M budget and 4,900 staff members

• Lead the development of policies and operational plans

• Monitor risks and create contingency strategies

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in healthcare management or related field

• Minimum seven years in senior management of healthcare

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Experience in change management and project oversight
