Age Care invites you to apply for the Health Care Aide position, where you will report to Community Care RN Case Managers. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, ensuring safety, and maintaining a clean living space for residents. You'll actively engage with clients, respond to their needs, and uphold the organization’s values throughout your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care within your knowledge and skill range

• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe living environment

• Report client safety concerns to your supervisor

• Coordinate with relevant agencies to enhance client care

• Attend skill development training sessions regularly

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a Health Care Aide program with at least 500 hours of practicum

• Background in community health services for seniors

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Recommended Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification

• Ability to provide a recent Vulnerable Sector Check
