Your role will focus on maximizing drug coverage via effective case management in Western Canada.

As part of our full-time team, you will coordinate with healthcare professionals, insurance companies, and funding programs to optimize patients' access to medications. Your background in customer service and proficiency in Microsoft tools will be paramount in handling competing priorities and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate prescription coverage applications for patients

• Liaise with healthcare providers and insurers for optimal solutions

• Submit necessary documents to public/federal funding programs

• Carry out Financial Means Tests to ensure coverage maximization

• Report any Adverse Events immediately to the designated departments

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft applications

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in the healthcare or financial sector is a plus
