This full-time role is designed for reliable and knowledgeable HCAs ready to make a difference. You’ll be responsible for implementing trauma-informed care methods while maintaining a safe and healthy environment following all COVID-19 protocols. Strong communication skills in English will be crucial in this supportive community role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized, compassionate care to clients
• Ensure safety and adherence to health protocols
• Execute G-tube feeding and related care tasks
• Assist clients with daily living and personal needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements:
• HCA Certificate and directory # or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience as an HCA
• Valid Driver’s License and enthusiasm for driving
• Current child intervention and police record checks
• Updated CPR and First Aid, and Trauma-Informed Care certificates
