Part-Time Brain Injury Worker

Join our Community Support Services team to assist clients in their homes, ensuring they live as independently as possible. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of rehabilitation. Responsibilities include providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, and maintaining consumer dignity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Provide personal care and meal preparation
• Support clients with rehabilitation planning
• Maintain communication with clients and families
• Document incidents and participate in training
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Services preferred
• Three years of experience in Human Services
• Knowledge of ABI and rehabilitation practices
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills
