Paramedics NEMT

Position: Paramedics Needed for NEMT
Transdev Canada is hiring EMRs, PCPs, and ACPs for the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation division in Edmonton.

This role offers flexible shifts and diverse patient care experiences.

We are seeking qualified emergency medical responders for casual positions. Ideal candidates hold valid EMR, PCP, or ACP certifications and are registered with the College of Paramedics of Alberta. You will conduct safe patient assessments, provide pre-hospital care, and support various medical transport needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate pre-hospital and NEMT care

• Complete stretcher and medical shuttle transfers

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care

• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Valid EMR, PCP, or ACP certification

• Registration with the College of Paramedics of Alberta

• Class 4 Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record

• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift and carry patients as needed
