Join FYidoctors Edmonton - Calling wood as an Optical Associate to transform patient eyewear experiences. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear solutions.

Working 30-40 hours weekly, you will engage with patients in various ways, assist in eyewear selection, interpret prescriptions, and ensure precise fittings.

Your role will support clinic operations and enhance patient satisfaction in a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage patients in the clinic

• Educate patients on lifestyle-specific eyewear

• Interpret and execute optical prescriptions

• Measure frames for precise fit and adjustments

• Manage patient billing and coordinate appointments

Requirements:

• Retail or optical experience is an asset

• Strong technology and MS Office skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Capable of working in a fast-paced setting

• Motivated team player with a growth mindset
