Position: Full-Time Health Care Aide
Join Lifestyle Options Retirement Communities as a Health Care Aide on a temporary, full-time day shift in Edmonton. Provide personalized, resident-centered care and promote dignity and independence in seniors.

This position involves working in a supportive team under a Licensed Practical Nurse. Focus on high-quality care aligned with individualized care plans for residents. Key responsibilities include supporting daily living needs, administering medication assistance, and dedicating yourself to fostering positive resident relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care based on individual resident plans

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living needs

• Administer safe medication under nursing supervision

• Perform specific procedures as delegated by nursing staff

• Document service hours and care activities accurately

Requirements:

• Active registration with Alberta’s College of LPNs and HCAs

• Preferred experience in elderly, disabled, and palliative care

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols

• Emotional intelligence in care interactions
