In this temporary part-time position ending November 17, 2028, your role as a Registered Dietitian will involve supporting an acute patient population across various care units. You will perform essential assessments, treatment, and management of patients' nutritional needs, often in a busy clinical environment. Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends, may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient nutritional needs and plan treatments
• Record assessments, progress, and compliance diligently
• Manage effective caseload prioritization
• Collaborate with the healthcare team on patient care
• Supervise clinical nutrition students during their internships
Requirements:
• Degree in Food and Nutrition, with current registration
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication abilities with diverse populations
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork aptitude
• Flexibility for coverage at multiple hospital sites
