In this exciting full-time role, you will work 30-40 hours weekly, assisting patients with optical needs and administrative details. Key responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, performing pre-testing, and interpreting optical prescriptions. You'll also coordinate appointments and manage billing, while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and manage patient check in and check out smoothly

• Perform pre-testing to support eye care services

• Educate patients on eyewear tailored to their needs

• Interpret prescriptions from the optometrist accurately

• Coordinate appointments and manage billing effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years optical experience required

• CCOA designation preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
