Advanced Embryologist at PCR-M

Join PCR-M Edmonton as an experienced Embryologist III, focusing on advanced procedures and mentoring in the Embryology Laboratory. Enhance patient care during the IVF treatment process.

This role requires advanced technical expertise in clinical embryology, overseeing laboratory operations and quality standards. As an Embryologist III, you will perform procedures, support team members, and ensure exceptional patient experiences throughout IVF. Candidates are expected to have a strong background in embryology operations and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform gamete and embryo analysis per established SOPs

• Conduct IVF inseminations and oocyte denudation

• Oversee oocyte quality assessments and culture

• Coordinate and prepare for OPU procedures

• Troubleshoot laboratory processes and equipment issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences

• Minimum five years of embryology experience

• Proficiency in ICSI and cryopreservation techniques

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
