As a vital team member at Radius, your responsibilities will revolve around enhancing clinic operations. You will manage patient check-ins, coordinate appointments, and assist in maintaining electronic medical records. Your expertise in collaboration and communication will be key as you work with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the Med Access electronic medical record system
• Schedule appointments and update patient information
• Take vital signs and prepare treatment rooms
• Transcribe consult letters and prepare medical documents
• Assist with data collection and statistic compilation
Requirements:
• Recognized Medical Office Assistant certificate program
• Minimum two years' experience in medical clinic operations
• Current CPR certification
• Strong problem-solving and computer skills
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
