Health Care Aide

Position: Health Care Aide Opportunity

Working closely with nursing staff, you will assist residents with various personal needs while promoting their independence. This dynamic position includes critical responsibilities related to documentation, medication management, and engaging residents in meaningful activities. Your contributions will ensure a warm and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents in bathing, grooming, and mobility

• Document daily care and manage personal service plans

• Respond quickly to call bells and inquiries

• Assist with dining duties and nutritional needs

• Report safety concerns and maintain cleanliness

Requirements:

• Completion of a certified Health Care Aide program

• active CPR and First Aid certifications

• Previous experience in mental health care is preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules
