Laboratory Technologist

High Prairie Health Complex is looking for a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our healthcare team.

Competitive rate of pay with a Remote Retention Allowance up to $3,000 payable on an hourly basis.

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) you will be responsible for the daily processing, testing, results analysis and reporting of diagnostic samples within the laboratory department. You will perform routine and specialized procedures in the processing of specimens used in diagnosis, treatment and research.

• Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).

As required.

Experience with Vitros XT3400, Sysmex 550, ACCESS II analyzers and performing phlebotomy and ECG's.
