Position: Edmonton Advanced Care Paramedic Role

This role as an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) places you at the forefront of patient care. Your responsibilities will include conducting emergency scene evaluations, managing patient transport, and effectively using advanced life support techniques. You’ll operate ambulances while ensuring their maintenance and readiness for use during emergencies. With shift-based work, prepare for a demanding and diverse experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of emergency scenes

• Transport ill or injured individuals effectively

• Provide advanced medical care and medication administration

• Maintain and stock ambulances according to standards

• Lead teams in delivering critical care during emergencies

Requirements:

• Alberta College of Paramedics registration in good standing

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification current

• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence or equivalent

• Completion of the F.A.R.E. test required

• Evidence of qualifications submitted with application
