This full-time role encompasses direct and indirect client care under the guidance of qualified therapists. You’ll implement programs across diverse health care needs for all ages and ensure high standards of professionalism and ethics. Key Responsibilities:

• Support rehabilitation services with direct client interaction

• Collaborate with therapists to evaluate client progress

• Assist in program planning and quality improvement

• Supervise and mentor students in the program

• Engage effectively with internal and external partners

Requirements:

• Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant or equivalent

• BLS and First Aid training required

• Preferred:
Recreation Therapy Diploma

• Valid Class 4 driver's license is a plus

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
