Elevate patient experiences as an Optical Associate at FYiDoctors Edmonton - Calling wood clinic. This full-time role focuses on eyewear selection and customer engagement.

You’ll play a significant role in assisting patients by providing advice on eyewear options, interpreting optical prescriptions, and ensuring proper fitting through measurements. Coordinating appointments and managing billing processes are also essential tasks in this dynamic position. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will contribute to a positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in various formats

• Educate on lifestyle-based eyewear choices

• Interpret optical prescriptions accurately

• Conduct facial measurements for eyeglasses

• Manage billing and patient payments efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in optical services or retail

• Technology proficiency, especially with MS Office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
