Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct venipuncture and collect blood and other specimens

• Manage patient data and test information entry

• Ensure specimens are ready for laboratory transport

• Perform additional patient tests like ECGs and drug tests

• Uphold confidentiality and quality standards

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma and lab assistant training completion

• Experience and skill in phlebotomy

• A strong commitment to patient health and support

• High attention to detail

• MLPAO/CSMLS Certification is recommended
