Position: Covenant Health MRT I Position
Become a Medical Radiation Technologist I (MRT) with Covenant Health at Grey Nuns Community Hospital. This full-time position involves performing crucial diagnostic imaging procedures in a patient-focused environment.

The MRT I will utilize competencies in radiographic, fluoroscopic, and CT practices while providing exceptional care. Candidates should possess a Radiological Technology education, an active registration with ACMDTT, and BLS Level C certification to thrive in this role. The ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure in emergencies will further enhance your effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine radiographic and fluoroscopic exams

• Perform basic computed tomography scans

• Ensure high diagnostic quality in all procedures

• Comply with medical protocols and safety standards

• Assist in patient care during imaging

Requirements:

• Radiological Technology program graduate

• Registration with Alberta College mandated

• Certification in BLS (Level

C) necessary

• Proven competency in general exams

• Preferably two years of hospital experience
