Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities

Requirements:
• Registration and practice permit from CLHA is mandatory
• Recent experience in Continuing Care is preferred
• Familiarity with Connect Care is advantageous
• Strong initiative and flexibility in care delivery
