As a key member of the Addiction Services team, you'll assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
Your role encompasses engaging patients, advocating for service access, and ensuring smooth unit operations. With a focus on innovative addiction treatment, you can make a real difference in clients' lives through compassionate support and effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client eligibility and treatment needs
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans
• Engage clients in addiction recovery discussions
• Support clients in accessing in-house and community resources
• Ensure a safe and efficient environment for all residents
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Health or Human Services
• Experience in addictions treatment settings
• Knowledge of community resources and self-help programs
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to assist intoxicated clients physically
