As an Advanced Care Paramedic, you will assess emergency scenes, transport patients, and deliver advanced life support. You will lead a team in providing critical care during transport and ensure vehicles are fully stocked and ready for any situation. The demanding environment requires physical capability and the resilience to handle various weather conditions and emergency scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess emergency scenes and patient conditions

• Transport patients with advanced life support

• Lead ALS team during emergencies

• Maintain readiness of ambulances and transport units

• Adhere to APH standards for equipment and care

Requirements:

• Registration with Alberta College of Paramedics as ACP

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator’s License eligibility

• Functional Abilities Recruitment Evaluation completion

• Previous EMS experience preferred
