Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic nursing and care duties per Resident Care plans

• Assist residents with personal grooming and dressing

• Transfer residents safely using established procedures

• Operate lifts and therapeutic equipment as required

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience as a Health Care Aide

• Graduate of a recognized Health Care Aide program

• Current registration with the CLHA

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Physical and mental fitness for the role
