As an Advanced Care Paramedic with APH, you will be vital in assessing emergency scenes and transporting patients. Responsibilities include operating ambulances, administering medications, and leading the advanced life support team. The role demands a proactive approach to patient care while supporting vehicle readiness to APH standards in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess emergency scenes and provide patient care
• Transport patients using ambulances and other transport modes
• Administer medications and advanced life support therapies
• Ensure ambulances and transport units are fully stocked
• Lead the ALS team for clinical care during patient transport
Requirements:
• Non-restricted registration with Alberta College of Paramedics
• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's License eligibility
• Current BCLS CPR certification
• Successful completion of the F.A.R.E. test
• Capable of performing full operational duties
Deliver exceptional patient care and emergency management as an Advanced Care Paramedic with APH.
