Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide mentorship to junior staff where applicable
• Engage in continuous professional learning
• Implement e-charting and digital tools for efficiency
Requirements:
• Active license with provincial regulatory college
• Required professional liability insurance
• 1-2+ years of outpatient clinic experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patients
• Ability to contribute effectively in a team
