Part-Time Brain Injury Support Worker

March of Dimes Canada seeks four Part-Time Brain Injury Support Workers in Edmonton. In this role, you will assist clients in daily living, offering personal care and rehabilitation planning tailored to their needs. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to health and safety are essential as you deliver services both at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in personal care and daily living activities
• Provide lifts, transfers, and mobility support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Conduct range of motion exercises and light housekeeping
• Complete incident reporting and behavior data collection
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human/Social Services preferred
• Minimum three years' experience in Human Services
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
