Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain and assess relevant employee medical information
• Determine support and modified work options

• Maintain case documentation for non-complex inquiries

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Social Sciences or related field
• 3+ years in disability management or claims
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume setting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
