Project-Based Occupational Therapist Position

Serene Aid invites experienced Occupational Therapists to join its project-based network, providing client assessments across Ontario. Enjoy the flexibility of managing your assignments on an on-call basis.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will perform assessments that identify clients' functional capabilities and safety needs in various settings. This role is ideal for independent contractors wishing to supplement their practice while contributing to client care in the community. Your expertise will guide thoughtful recommendations for ongoing support and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs

• Assess environment and home safety for clients

• Evaluate functionality and mobility assistive devices

• Develop and document recommendations effectively

• Communicate with clients and allied health professionals

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Minimum 1 year experience in client assessments

• Strong assessment and documentation skills

• Valid Ontario driver's licence and insurance preferred

• Ability to manage flexible work assignments
