Age Care Ltd. is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate care to residents according to their care plans, while helping identify resident needs and maintaining a safe environment for residents, families, and staff.
This role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning, and adherence to infection prevention standards. You will monitor and document care activities, participate in training, and support onboarding of new staff.
