As a key team member reporting to the Director, you will develop comprehensive return-to-work plans and manage disability claims effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement occupational health protocols and programs
• Manage WSIB and Non-Occupational Health files
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide case management and support for employees
• Advocate for safety and prevention of workplace incidents
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in health sciences or similar
• At least three years' experience in relevant management
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and technology
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Track record for attendance compliance
