Position: Full-Time Respiratory Therapist

In this full-service hospital role, you will assess and intervene for patients suffering from cardio-pulmonary disorders. With a balance of clinical assessments and patient education, your efforts will support meaningful outcomes in health. Strong collaboration within healthcare teams and critical thinking are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments for patient referrals

• Create and implement tailored care plans for individuals

• Educate patients and families on health and recovery

• Facilitate skilled discharge processes effectively

• Collaborate with a diverse health care team

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

• Must be registered with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta

• Certification in Basic Life Support is necessary

• Familiarity with clinical environments preferred

• Motivation to improve patient experiences and outcomes
