As a full-time technologist, you'll rotate through seven clinics in the Edmonton area, where you'll perform quality control, prepare doses, and conduct patient assessments. This position requires a commitment to excellence in imaging standards and building relationships with both patients and physicians within a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality control on hot lab equipment and radiopharmaceuticals
• Manage supply orders for daily departmental needs
• Prepare and administer medication doses for patients
• Conduct patient interviews and oversee recovery from cardiac tests
• Assist in various Nuclear Medicine scans and procedures
Requirements:
• Must have Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification
• Current CPR certification is essential
• In-depth understanding of Nuclear Medicine procedures
• Competence in medical nuclear practices is required
• Dedicated to maintaining high patient care and quality standards
