Inizio Engage is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Associate to work closely with physicians and nurses. In this role, you will travel within your assigned territory, ensuring healthcare professionals have the knowledge and medicines necessary to improve patient lives. Develop a routing plan to optimize outreach efforts and adhere to ethical guidelines in your patient support approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel within the assigned territory to connect with healthcare providers

• Communicate product features and patient benefits effectively

• Develop strategic territory routing plans to maximize client services

• Attend mandatory and ongoing training sessions

• Balance virtual and in-person engagements based on program needs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education preferred, not mandatory

• Patient-focused and highly organized mindset

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle
