Capital Vision Care is hiring front desk and patient care coordinators across our six Edmonton-area clinics. You will set the tone for every visit, from the first hello to a smooth checkout.

Full-time or part-time

Edmonton, St. Albert & Morinville

• Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally
• Book appointments and manage the daily schedule
• Answer calls and emails and help patients with questions
• Handle insurance, direct billing and payments
• Keep the front of the clinic welcoming and organized

• Organized and comfortable juggling several tasks at once
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Reception or healthcare experience is an asset
