Community Pharmacist at Loblaw

Your role will center around accurate medication dispensing and excellent patient care across Canada.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you will ensure medications are prepared and delivered accurately and on time, while maintaining inventory levels that meet patient needs. You will be responsible for patient counseling, training pharmacy staff, and educating the public on health issues via various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications to customers

• Ensure sufficient inventory of medications and supplements

• Provide friendly patient counseling on medication use

• Participate in public health education initiatives

• Resolve issues related to patient and doctor requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A license mandatory

• Proven customer service and professionalism

• Strong leadership skills for managing colleagues

• Ability to utilize community marketing strategies

• Knowledge of Healthwatch Pharmacy Computer system an asset
