Step into the role of a Respite and Care Support Worker to provide invaluable assistance. Work full-time to administer personal and bedside care at a fixed location.
This permanent position involves a commitment to on-site work, ranging from 32 to 40 hours weekly. You will help clients with their personal care needs, assist in administering medications, and develop therapeutic menus to promote health. Your contributions will directly impact clients' daily lives and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer bedside and personal care services
• Assist clients with medication needs
• Ensure regular exercise and mobility support
• Plan therapeutic diets tailored to individual needs
• Change and manage non-sterile dressings
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation required
• Experience of 7 months to under 1 year
• Must be physically fit for demanding tasks
• Effective communication and empathy skills
• Work exclusively on-site without remote options
