Enhance the lives of seniors as a Health Care Aide at Cogir Senior Living. This role focuses on providing personal care during a one-year maternity leave coverage.

In this supportive role, you will work under the Health & Wellness Manager, responsible for delivering personal care and aiding in essential daily activities for residents. You'll be involved in everything from meal preparation to observing and reporting health changes, ensuring a safe and comforting environment. Ideal for those who prioritize compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow personalized care plans and report observations

• Assist in transfers and mobility support for residents

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment

• Advocate for resident safety and well-being

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Health Care Aide program

• Previous senior care experience in community health

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification a plus

• Must provide a recent Vulnerable Sector Check
