Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse, the Health Care Aide plays a crucial role in supporting residents’ personal and nursing needs. Key responsibilities include aiding in ambulation, feeding, grooming, and observing residents' conditions. You will contribute to the overall well-being and care standards in accordance with facility policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance and support for residents

• Facilitate ambulation, feeding, and grooming needs

• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional status

• Assist with meal service and hydration documentation

• Maintain accurate records of resident care and treatments

Requirements:

• CHLA License required for work

• Graduate of an approved Health Care Aide program

• Experience with seniors or chronic care is preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Focus on building positive relationships with residents and families
