Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, your mission is to ensure high-quality resident care through a person-centered approach. You will assist with medication management, monitor resident health, and engage in direct caregiving activities. This role allows you to contribute significantly to enhancing the resident experience in assisted living and memory care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement care plans and report on resident health

• Administer medications following established protocols

• Support residents with mobility and daily tasks

• Assist in creating a safe living environment

• Engage with families and respond to resident needs

Requirements:

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker or equivalent healthcare training

• Experience in a senior care setting is preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certified

• Willing to complete a Vulnerability Sector Screening
