Part-Time Health Care Aide

St. Michael’s Health Group is seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide to provide assistance in their supportive living facility. As a part-time employee, you will follow residents' care plans, assist them with daily living tasks, and maintain a clean, safe environment. A friendly disposition and strong communication skills are essential to ensure residents feel valued and respected in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remind or assist residents with their medications

• Maintain cleanliness in resident areas and communal spaces

• Assist with meal preparation and serve residents

• Engage with residents during recreational activities as needed

• Observe and report any changes in resident conditions

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide program

• Registration with CLHA is mandatory

• Housekeeping and meal service experience preferred

• Effective interpersonal skills desired

• Capable of assisting seniors physically and mentally
