Your responsibilities include helping residents move within the community and engaging in activities, all while documenting your observations meticulously. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care tailored to each resident

• Observe health changes and report findings

• Assist residents with mobility in the community

• Accurately document all care and observations

• Address unsafe practices to ensure resident safety

Requirements:

• Completion of recognized Health Care Aide certificate

• Registration in the Health Care Aide Directory

• English fluency, written and verbal

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt in dynamic environments
