You will work under a Staff Nurse's supervision, directly impacting residents' lives through personal care, transfers, and assistance during meals. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal care tasks

• Aid in safe lifting and transferring of residents

• Support meal and snack services as per care plans

• Implement routine care procedures instructed by nursing staff

• Guide residents to various facility activities and appointments

Requirements:

• One year of experience in a related care environment

• Valid PCA/HCA Certificate or equivalent

• Active registration with the CLHA

• Strong English communication skills

• Post-secondary education considered an asset
