Para Med is urgently hiring Continuing Care Assistants in Training (CCAITs) to support clients in various communities. Responsibilities include providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and assisting during meals while ensuring emotional support. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules make this role ideal for those needing adaptability in their work hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care, including bathing and grooming
• Travel between client residences for support
• Assist clients with meals and light housekeeping tasks
• Support activities of daily living with compassion
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year personal care experience
• Completion of CCA exam planned within 4 months
• Nursing background or PSW experience considered
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Clear Vulnerable Position Screening required
