At Radius, your role as a Medical Office Assistant will be essential in managing clinic operations. You will check in patients, ensure timely scheduling, and assist with medical documentation while working closely with healthcare professionals. Your skills in communication and problem-solving will enhance the clinic's effectiveness in serving the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficiently operate Med Access electronic medical records
• Check in patients and take vital signs accurately
• Schedule and coordinate patient visits and treatments
• Prepare lab requisitions and invoices as needed
• Document and compile statistics for clinic use
Requirements:
• Medical Office Assistant certificate required
• Two years’ experience in a medical setting
• Current CPR certification necessary
• Strong skills in document preparation and Office
365
• Understanding of harm reduction and trauma-informed care
